1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors must be USEA<br />

members. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee;<br />

After C.D.-Entry/Stabling No refund. $20 charge for division changes after C.D. All withdrawals must<br />

be in writing. Faxes and e-mails accepted. Closing day withdrawals must be phoned in to sec´y before<br />

9 pm & followed up in writing to receive refund. No refunds will be made without written notification<br />

as specified above. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within<br />

12 months.<br />

specifications, Cross-country novice specifications.<br />

3) AWARDS: Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Awards sponsored by Bit of Britain. Flashdance<br />
