EVENT FEES: Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Champagne Run at the Park. Note: The<br />
Kentucky Horse Park has increased its fees again for facility usage. Entry: P: $195.00; T: $185.00; N/<br />
BN: $175.00 Stabling: $40/night Haul-in Fee: $ 30.00 Non-compete horses: $ 30.00 (plus haul-in<br />
fee or stabling fee)<br />
1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.<br />
$30=Lost pinny, no deposit. Do not send any entry by mail/overnight that will require secretary´s<br />
signature to receive. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-No<br />
refund. Stabling-Less $10. NOTE: All withdrawals must be in writing & emailed or faxed by C.D. $60 fee<br />
for each change of entry after C.D. Changes within division only after July 4. Competition cancellation-<br />
No refund. Any addition error resulting in a $10 or less overage will be donated to the x-c jump fund.<br />
No entries (faxed or mailed) are complete without check. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for<br />
all horses; must accompany entry; health papers within 30 days should travel with out-of-state horses.<br />
All arrivals make sure to have copy of Coggins. State Vet. on hand and checking. Any incomplete or<br />
illegible entries go to bottom of wait stack. $60 charge for bounced checks. Please double check for<br />
errors any entries made through EventEntries.com. Check www.champagnerun.com for entry status<br />
and all updates. No acceptance letters will be sent. Please include legible email on entry form.
