Entries must use the USEA 2011 Horse Trials Entry Form or enter on-line at www. Evententries.com and mail the original with signatures and 2011 Coggins to secretary. Competitors who are not USEA members must pay additional $25 with entry. Pinny=no deposit required. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry/ Stabling-Full refund less $20 office fee; After C.D.-Full refund less $20 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months, must accompany entry. $10 refund for complete entry with no changes (entry form, signatures, coggins, correct $, stabling form if applies). 2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Sun: Dressage-8 am-1:30 pm; Show Jumping-12:30-5 pm. 3) AWARDS: Prizes & 6 ribbons per division. 4) STARTING TIMES: Will be posted on Carriage House website: www.carriagehousefarm.net. AREA IV EVENTS 5) STABLING/VETERINARIAN: $35/stall for Sat. 3pm thru Sun. 5 pm. Initial bedding only provided. Include USEA stabling form with entry. Veterinarian: Stillwater Vet Clinic, (651) 770-6167. # will be posted at sec'y's tent. 6) ACCOMMODATIONS: Best Western White Bear Country Inn-7 mi., (651) 429-5393. AmericInn (Forest Lake)-7 mi., (651) 464-1930. Camping: Not available. 7) DIRECTIONS: From I-35E: North from St. Paul to Co Rd. 14 (Hugo/Centerville Exit). Turn right (East) on Co. Rd. 14 to Hwy 61 (stop light). Turn left (north) on Hwy 61 to 170th St. Turn right (east) on 170th St. to Henna Ave., Turn left onto Henna & go past Carriage House Driveway to 180th Street. Turn right & you will see Trailer parking on the right side. 8) DRESSAGE: Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass and sand. 9) OTHER INFORMATION: Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. You may enter the same horse at 2 consecutive levels. Show Jumping will be in a grass ring. Horses need not be USEA registered. USEF fees do not apply (i.e. don't include starter fees or drug fees line items). Entries without a current negative Coggins will not be accepted. "Complete" entry refund of $10 given for correctly completed entry forms with all signatures, coggins and correct fees. If stabling requested, include USEA stabling form too.
