1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All entry fees must be in US funds<br />
drawn from US banks. ENTER ON-LINE VIA WWW.EVENTENTRIES.COM. For electronic entries, take<br />
advantage of Event Entries digital signature, coggins, and membership card features fax or mail<br />
legible coggins, signature page (complete with Owner, Rider, and Trainer sigs) and checks to secretary<br />
within 5 days of electronic entry (prior to closing). If you wish to pay via credit card, you must do so<br />
via electronic entry at www.evententries.com at time of entry. Double entries: Not accepted. All BN<br />
competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority<br />
given to USEA members. $25 fee for bounced checks. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable<br />
fee; After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. No refunds or changes after<br />
9 pm, June 6. All scratches/changes must be submitted directly to Sheryl Williams via e-mail to<br />
rubiconfarm@lucketts.net. We are not responsible for messages left on answering machines. $30 fee<br />
for each change after CD. Competition cancellation-No refund. Pinnies not returned=$50, no deposit<br />
required. Current Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses, must accompany entry. All<br />
Prelim--copies of USEF membership card must accompany entry.
