EVENT FEES: Event Fees Directory:: Draw checks to Maryland Horse Trials. Separate check for each<br />

entry. Entry: P: $200.00; T: $195.00; N: $185.00; BN: $175.00 Stabling: $75.00 per night Muck Fee:<br />

$50.00 (separate check) Double Entries: Not Accepted. Post Entry/Late Fee: $50.00<br />

1) ENTRIES: All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US<br />

banks; no foreign checks. All monies received between June 30th and July 9th must be paid in form of<br />

money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions) “Signature Required’ not accepted. Entry fees include<br />

a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must include a $25 N/M<br />

fee with entry. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $25 fee<br />

and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division<br />

allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely<br />

no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE<br />

PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS<br />

OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After<br />

C.D.- No refunds. Competition cancellation - No refund. $50.00 lost/not returned pinney fee. Neg. 12<br />

month Coggins must be current through last day of competition and must accompany entry. ANY<br />

paperwork received after July 3, add $20 late fee. If space allows and post entries are accepted they will<br />

be charged an additional $50<br />
