EVENT FEES: Event Fees Directory: Make checks payable to GMHA. Entry fee all levels:<br />
$190.00 Stabling fee: $95.00 for Friday and Saturday night.<br />
1) ENTRIES: Mail USEA <strong>2011</strong> Entry and Stabling forms with check to GMHA postmarked on opening<br />
date, one check per horse and rider combination with negative coggins dated after 8/1/10. Only 3<br />
horses may be competed per rider. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant, based on<br />
discretion of management; state preferences under the eligible section. Confirmation status will be<br />
posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org. USEA membership required at Novice level and<br />
above. Beginner Novice competitors must be USEA members or pay the non-member fee. Preliminary<br />
competitors (rider, owner, trainer, coach) must submit copies of USEF membership card or pay USEF<br />
non member fee. You will be billed $30 for a lost pinny. All changes must be made in writing, mail, fax<br />
or email. There will be a $30 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date; ex. change<br />
of horse or rider or division. There is a $30 fee for any bounced checks. Refunds: scratches received in<br />
writing on or before closing date will be refunded minus a $30 office fee. No refunds of any fees after<br />
closing date. In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds.<br />
2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Barns open for arrivals at 10am. Cross country course opens 3pm.<br />
Check program for show jumpin course walk times. Sat: Dressage-7:30am; Show Jumping-10 am.<br />
Sun: Cross-country-7:30 am.
