Foreign/Canada checks add $5 to each entry (US funds only). We now accept most major credit<br />
cards. Entry: P: $190.00; PT/T/N/BN: $175.00 Stabling: $150.00 Addit´l nights: $25.00 Stall<br />
deposit: $25.00 (separate check) Grounds fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses) Camping: $30.00.<br />
1) ENTRIES: Please check Website (www.poplarplacefarm.com) for updates & additional<br />
information. Entries are accepted when received. Priority is based on “postmark date" – date on<br />
envelope or online submission date. Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not<br />
submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the “postmark date" will be<br />
changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office<br />
fee. Double entries: Not accepted. $25 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with<br />
entry. Stall deposits cannot be paid online. Check or cash only. Returned checks - $30 fee. Changes:<br />
Any change to an entry subject to $25 fee. All change requests must be in writing (email, fax or<br />
mail). Before C.D.-change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D.-change of horse or<br />
rider (not both) and/or division allowed, space permitting. Refunds: Before one week after C.D. (May<br />
24)-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals MUST be emailed, faxed or mailed & postmarked<br />
on or before May 24. After May 24-No refunds, unless entry and/or stall can be filled from wait list, less<br />
$25 non-refundable office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Lost or damaged pinny = $50 (no<br />
deposit required). Include copies of USEF membership cards for rider, trainer & owner (Preliminary<br />
and above). Copy of negative Coggins within 12 months required for all horses & must accompany<br />
entry. After May 3, check www.poplarplacefarm.com for entry status & other information.<br />
2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show<br />
Jumping-10 am. Competitors´ party-6 pm (tickets required – section 10). Sun: Cross-country-8 am.<br />
3) AWARDS: Prizes & 8 ribbons per division.
