3) AWARDS: 8 ribbons per division and various trophies are awarded. Completion ribbons will also<br />
be awarded.<br />
4) STARTING TIMES: Ride times will be available on our website (www.macta.info) no later than<br />
August 24,<strong>2011</strong>.<br />
5) STABLING/VETERINARIAN: Limited. $145/Stall from 12 pm Thursday to 12 pm Monday. Temp.<br />
stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. On ground stabling will be determined<br />
by the date entry is received. Entries received before closing date will have priority. All horses that are<br />
kept on grounds overnight must have a stall that is provided by competition management. Horses<br />
may not be stabled in horse trailers on grounds. $35 Grounds fee for non-stabled horses. Bedding<br />
available for purchase, further info from sec´y. Veterinarian: # will be posted at sec´y´s tent.<br />
6) ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotels approx. 8 miles from event. Holiday Inn (913) 829-4000. Super 8,<br />
(913) 856-8887. Sleep Inn (913) 390-9500. Comfort Inn, Microtel, Best Western. (Hotels are by Great<br />
Mall of the Great Plains or Olathe Medical Center).<br />
7) DIRECTIONS: Address: 14025 W. 159th St., Olathe, KS 66062 (do not use this address for<br />
mapquest); We are directly across the street from 16801 Pflumm in Olathe, KS 66062(for<br />
mapquest). Coming from the south: From I-35, get off at Exit 210, turn right and take 175th Street<br />
east *Go slow at R/R tracks* after stop light, turn left (North) onto Pflumm Rd and go 0.8 miles to<br />
Horse Park entrance on left Travelling from the north: exit 215 (169 South, 7 Hwy. Paola). Turn<br />
onto 169 South and go to 175th Street. Turn left at 175th Street then follow above directions from go<br />
slow at R/R tracks. If you are heading south on Pflumm from 159th & Pflumm, horse park entrance<br />
is 1.2 miles south of the intersection. (Horse Park entrance is not a "marked" park entrance, look for<br />
horse trial signs.<br />

9) CROSS-COUNTRY: T3D specs TBA. P – 2800 m @ 520mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm/20<br />
obstacles. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm/18 obstacles. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm/14 obstacles. Starter<br />
Novice - 1500m @ 275mpm/10-14 obstacles and inviting (see "other information for distinction<br />
between SN A & B). All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.<br />
10) OTHER INFORMATION: Cross-country course closed July 25. Riders limited 2 horses/level, or<br />
3 horses/entire event. Levels may be further divided if entries warrant; state preferences under the<br />
Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list from sec´y. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed<br />
and attached to a human. Loose dogs will be confiscated & owner fined $50.00. NO MOTORIZED<br />
VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE XC COURSE. Starter Novice will be offered. Starter Novice<br />
A will splash through water. Starter Novice B will not go through water splash. See<br />
