1) ENTRIES: Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: <strong>Association</strong> and drug fees<br />

payable to USEA and USEF are no longer included in the entry fee – refer to the fee section of the<br />

entry form for payment amounts. These fees shall be sent to the competition with your entry form for<br />

each horse (i.e. total with all fees are P=$173; T/N =$160; BN=$155.) A single check for the full amount<br />

is preferred. Each rider/horse change after C.D. but on or before August 16 is $25. Each rider/horse/<br />

division change after August 16 is $40. If there are insufficient entries on the closing date, entries will be<br />

accepted until there are no longer any open slots. Entries accepted after CD must pay an additional $25<br />

office fee before August 16 and $40 after August 16. Bounced check fee: $25. Double entries: accepted<br />

with $25 extra fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If<br />

oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. $25=Lost pinny (deposit not required). Refunds:<br />

Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. Entry less Stabling-Less $25 only if place<br />

can be filled from wait list. All scratches must be given to the sec´y directly, preferably by email. Not<br />

responsible for scratches or changes left on answering machine. Competition cancellation-Minimum<br />

$25 refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Copy of current negative Coggins
