Full Refund; after C.D. to August 2-Less $25 office fee. Aug. 3-Aug. 5 - Entry credit only. After Aug. 5
no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded.
Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins not required. BN competitors who are not USEA
members must pay an extra $25 non-member fee. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF
cards for rider and owner or non-member fee.
