$175 Stabling: $100.00 Entries postmarked on Apr 26, <strong>2011</strong> [Opening Date], may deduct<br />
$20.00 early entry incentive! Post entries that MAY be accepted after Close - Entry Fee<br />
$225. Event website will state at Close whether this option will apply and only COMPLETE<br />
entries with all FEES will be considered. ALL payments received after Close must be paid<br />
via cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check. Riders please Note: ANY entry received and not<br />
COMPLETE including all fees due at Close will be removed from the Entry List and Late<br />
Charges of $50 will apply to this entry in order to start the event. Payment via money<br />
order, cashiers check or cash only after Close.<br />
1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Bounced cks. $25.00. Double entries:<br />
Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry less $25<br />
ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Stabling-No refund. Competition cancellation-Less $25.<br />
Changes after Close: made only as schedule permits and will incur $35 change fee. Lost Pinney<br />
will be invoiced $20.00. All funds deposited on receipt. USEA membership is required at all levels,<br />
except BN. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay $25 non-member with<br />
entry. Only entries mailed to secretary will be considered. See complete details listed elsewhere<br />
regarding entries not complete with all fees paid at Close. Please note on entry if you are competing for<br />
the Poco Award. If so, please note your horse/rider combined age. Copy of current negative Coggins<br />
within 12 months must accompany entry. Entry status posted online at www.kyevents.net. Check often<br />
for updated information. PLEASE provide legible email for communications and questions. IP<br />
competitors must be qualified at preliminary level.
