1) ENTRIES: ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO 250 TOTAL HORSES. All CIC1* entries submitted<br />
by closing date will be accepted. Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. $25.00 NSF fee. BN<br />
Level competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. This fee is waived for<br />
Pony Club members competing in the North Central Prairie Region <strong>Eventing</strong> Rally. USPC members may<br />
compete in the rally at the BN and N levels without paying USEA member fees or BN nonmember fees.<br />
(HOWEVER Member fees and horse registration are required to be eligible for USEA awards). Double<br />
entries: Not accepted. CIC entries must use <strong>2011</strong> USEA Three Day CCI/CIC Entry Form. All US Horses<br />
and Riders must be registered with the USEF and FEI. All 1* horses must have either an FEI Passport
