FEI Passports required for all FOREIGN owned CCI horses. National Passports required for all US<br />
owned CCI horses not in possession of an FEI passport. Vaccination requirement: two injections for<br />
primary vaccination against equine influenza, given between 1 and 3 months apart. In addition, a<br />
booster injection must be recorded as having been given within each SIX months, subsequent to the<br />
second injection of the primary vaccination. None of these injections must have been given within<br />
the preceding 7 days, including the day of the competition or entry into the competition stables. The<br />
above are the minimum requirements for influenza vaccination. Both primary and first and subsequent<br />
booster injections should be given according to the manufacturer's instructions, which will fall within<br />
the stipulation of the FEI Veterinary Regulations. CCI horses arriving w/o correct up-to-date vaccination<br />
records in accordance w/ FEI Vet Regs, Appendix VI, will be charged additional $100.00 office fee. All<br />
CCI riders must include copy of medical armband w/ entry All CCI Riders & Horses must be registered<br />
with FEI, USEF, and USEA. Riders are responsible for being current with any new FEI regulations. All<br />
Intermediate, Prelim and CCI must include copy of USEF member card for rider and owner w/ entry.<br />
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. Stabling and USEF/USEA fees.<br />
**ALL SCRATCHES / CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING, EMAIL OR FAX.** Changes after closing date<br />
subject to availability of slots in other divisions. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins<br />
required within 12 months for all horses (state law). Copy of Coggins must accompany entry.
