1) ENTRIES: We encourage early entries by offering a better refund policy. ENTRIES MUST BE
RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! A post entry fee of up to $30.00 for post entries received after closing
date. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: $20.00. BN competitors who
are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. $30=Pinney deposit (separate check). Refunds:
Before C.D.full refund; After C.D.until May 26-Less $25.00 office fee. After May 31-no refund, unless
either stabling or entry can be filled from a waiting list. If either are filled a refund less $25 will be given.
Scratches must be in writing. Preferable method of contact is e-mail. $25 fee each horse/rider/level
substitution or change after C.D. If under-subscribed by the published CD, post entries will be accepted;
any post entries accepted will be charged $30 processing fee. Entries not complete (complete = all
fees paid and required information provided) by C.D will be charged $35 processing fee. Competition
cancellation - No refund. Neg. Coggins not required. Prelim & above, enclose copy of current USEF
membership card.
