Entry is NOT electronic, only credit card is. Entry must be printed and mailed to secretary if paying online with credit card as well as if paying by check. USEA Non-members may access interactive entry ands stabling forms at www.river-glen.com. All entries need to be printed and mailed. Please follow directions: Draw checks to RGHT. Write ONE entry check and ONE stall deposit check per entry. Do NOT send ONE check per MULTIPLE entries. Do NOT send COURIERED MAIL OR US MAIL REQUIRING SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. All communication FROM secretary will be via E-MAIL. Please include LEGIBLE e-mail address on entry form. Pinnies: Cloth pinnies provided. River Glen WILL provide paper inserts for competitors that have plastic pinny holders purchased from Bit of Britain and encourage riders to use these. Entry: I/P: $185.00 + copy(ies) of Rider/ Owner/Trainer USEF card(s); T/N/BN: $170.00 Stabling: $140.00 (includes 2 bags of shavings), add'l bags available for $7 ea. Add'l nights: $25/stall. Change Fee: $40.00 for changes made after closing date. Bounced check fee: $50.00. Post Entry Fee: $20.00 for entry fee RECEIVED after closing date. Trailer-in Fee: $ 40.00 (unstabled horses). Grounds Fee: $40.00 (Non-competing horses; completed entry form & current Coggins required). RV Hook-up: $60.00 Friday-Sunday; $30.00 extra night. Primitive Camping: $30.00 Friday-Sunday; $15.00 extra night. Stall Deposit: $ 25.00. Extra Party Tickets: $ 10.00; child $5.00.
AREA III EVENTS 1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and competitors´ dinner. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority to USEA members. State email address and date of birth on entry. Please send one check for EACH entry, stabling and fees; and one separate stall deposit check (if any) PER HORSE. THERE WILL BE A $20 LATE FEE FOR ENTRIES RECEIVED AND PAID FOR (NOT ONLY POSTMARKED) AFTER CLOSING DATE! There is a $50 bounced check fee. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries warrant. Preliminary and above MUST send copy of Rider, Owner and Trainer USEF Membership cards. Please send all entries together of those wanting to stable together, or specify same Trainer or Barn on entry. Entries limited to stall capacity. USEA MEMBERS PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR ENTRY FORM AT USING THE XENTRY SYSTEM AT WWW.USEVENTING.COM SO THAT IT IS LEGIBLE AND COMPLETE. May pay with credit card online or by check to secretary. Entry is not electronic, only credit card is. Must print and mail entry to secretary if paying by credit card as well as if paying by check. USEA Non-members may use the interactive entry/ stable form at www.river-glen.com. ENTRY MUST BE MAILED TO SECRETARY AFTER IT´S PRINTED. Rider Divisions open only to riders who have not FINISHED more than two horse trials at the next division higher than the one they are entering more than two times within the past 24 months. Horse Divisions open only to horses who have never completed a competition at a higher level. Double entries: Accepted, no fee. No more than 4 horses per rider at competition. No deposit required for pinny. Stall deposit $25, send separate check…one check per horse. STALL MUST BE STRIPPED. Any entry changes after closing date = $40. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless allowed for in USEF rules. Any owed monies at check-in CASH ONLY!!!!! Negative Coggins within 12 months required for all horses: Must accompany entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. WITHDRAWALS ACCEPTED IN WRITING OR ACKNOWLEDGED EMAIL TO SEC´Y BEFORE C.D.; After C.D.-No entry refund; stabling refund given if stall filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation-No refund. 2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm; Competitors Wine & Cheese Welcome-6 pm. Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am; Competitors´ Dinner following. Sun: Cross-country-8 am PLEASE NOTE: If number of hroses warrant, changes to the schedule may necessitate the addition of Friday Dressage or Sat x/country. Emails will communicate any such changes as soon as possible to competitors. 3) AWARDS: Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. 4) STARTING TIMES: Will be posted on web at www.river-glen.com or call 865/475-1005 no sooner than Wednesday prior to event.
