EVENT FEES: Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to LHPC Horse Trials. Separate check for
each horse. Checks must be drawn on a US Bank or be a US money order. No foreign checks or
international money orders. $50.00 returned check fee. Entry: I=$185.00; P=$185.00; T=$175.00
N=$175.00 Stabling: $55.00 per day or $95.00 per weekend $50.00 pinney deposit (Check destroyed if
pinney returned at the event).
1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. I/P competitors must include copy
of USEF card. Double entries: Not accepted. Copy of current negative Coggins required for all horses
within 12 months must accompany entry. Include current printed legible e-mail address on the entry.
All correspondence from the secretary will be via e-mail. REFUNDS: Before C.D.- Entry less $25
non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. NO
REFUNDS AFTER 9 pm, Aug. 24. ALL SCRATCHES M U S T BE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO VICTORIA FOX

2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: Dressage (I/P/T)-8 am; Show
Jumping (I/P/T)-9 am. Some Training divisons may have all three phases on Sunday. Sun: Dressage
(N); Show Jumping (N); Cross-country (I/P/T/N)-8:00 am. Novice will be run entirely on Sunday. Any
changes will be posted to USEA and Loudoun Hunt Pony Club website.
3) AWARDS: Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.
4) STARTING TIMES: Available Aug. 23 on the internet: www.loudounhunt.ponyclub.org.
