EVENT FEES: Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Maryland Horse Trials. Separate check for<br />

each entry. Entry: I: $205.00; P: $200.00; T: $195.00; N: $185.00 BN: $175.00; Stabling: $75.00 per<br />

night. Muck Fee: $50.00 (separate check) Double Entries: Not accepted. Post Entry/Late fee:<br />

$50.00.<br />

1) ENTRIES: All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US<br />

banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid between July 4th and July 18th must be in form of money<br />

order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions) Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All BN<br />

competitors who are not USEA members must pay a $25 non-member fee. $50.00 will be charged<br />

for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $25 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or<br />

mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse<br />

or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or<br />

stabling requests will be accepted. ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS;<br />

ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON<br />

ENTRY. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No refunds. Competition<br />

cancellation-No refund. Neg. 12 month Coggins must be current through last day of competition and<br />

must accompany entry. ANY paperwork received after July 10, add $20 late fee. If space allows and post<br />

entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $50.<br />

2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: (I/T/BN): Dressage-8 am;<br />

Show Jumping-10 am; Cross-country-10:15 am. Sun: (P/N): Dressage 8 am; Show Jumping-10 am;<br />

Cross-country-10:15 am. Schedule is Tentative. Check website for possible changes to schedule.
