1) EntriES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. negative Coggins WitHin 12<br />
MontHS oF CoMPEtition datE is required for all horses. Coggins MUST be received<br />
BEFORE competition - May be faxed. Entries with invalid coggins upon closing date will be assessed<br />
an incomplete fee. Coggins bled prior to July 10, 2010 are invalid. Priority will be given to entries<br />
postmarked on opening date, even if incomplete for any reason other than failure to include funds.<br />
Entries without payment will be held until payment is received. At closing date, incomplete etnries<br />
may be replaced with complete entries that are on wait list. there will be a $20 fee assessed to<br />
all incomplete entries. Please be sure your entry contains all required signatures, numbers,<br />
fees, Coggins, and other relevant information (including emergency contact and horse/rider<br />
experience.) double entries: Not accepted. Jr/Yr team Challenge: The team challenge is open to<br />
riders at all levels who are members of the Area I Young Rider's Program. If you are interested in being<br />
on a team, you should submit your horse trials entry as per usual, then contact Area I YR coordinator<br />
Melanie Loschiavo at (802)439-5120 or loschiav@tops-tele.com for a team assignment. There is no<br />
extra fee for riding on a team. Additional details will be posted at http://area1usea.org/RidersTeams/<br />
YoungRiders/youngriders.htm. Changes: $20 fee for all changes to entry. refunds: Before C.D.Less<br />
$25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. No refunds unless accompanied by a vet or medical note<br />
AND spot can be filled off of wait list. all withdrawals must be in writing. Withdrawals or changes<br />
will not be accepted by phone; must mail, fax, or email. Competition cancellation-50% of entry. No<br />
refund on stabling.
