1) ENTRIES: Entry fees: include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.<br />

BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Starter entrants are exempt<br />

from starter/d&m fees and USEA membership/non-membership requirements. If oversubscribed,<br />

priority to USEA members. $20=Lost pinny(do not send check). Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 nonrefundable<br />

office fee; After C.D.-No refund unless place filled from wait list then entry-Less $25. $25<br />

fee for each change after closing date. Post Entries accepted after closing date with $25 extra charge.<br />

Withdrawals by email only, to sec´y by 9 pm on C.D. Competition cancellation=50% entry and<br />

50% stabling returned. Neg.Coggins required within 12 months/out-of-state. Not required for horses<br />

in PA. Any new entries mailed after C.D. must by accompanied by cashier's check or money<br />

order. New Starter Test Div. to be run totally on Sun.<br />

2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: Dressage (All divisions, BN<br />

first)-approx. 8 am; Show Jumping (BN/N)-approx.11:00 am, followed by Cross-country. Sun: Crosscountry<br />

(P/T)-approx. 8:30 am, followed by Show Jumping (P/T). Starter Test (all on Sunday)<br />

Beginning approx. 8:00 am with Dressage followed by Show Jumping and then Cross-country.<br />

3) AWARDS: 8 ribbons per division. Trophy for 1st place & Prize money for 1st, 2nd, 3rd(<br />

P/T/N/BN)awarded with ribbons. The Jack Ray, Sr. Award for Prelim. Young Rider. Separate<br />

dressage ribbons - 8 per division. BN/N awards following 30 min. inquiry period for each division after<br />

XC. Lake Erie Classic (Ribbons and prize money 1st-3rd) for best overall scores in both the Lost<br />

Hounds HT and the Erie Hunt & Saddle Club HT. (P/T/N/BN) awarded. Starter Test awards following<br />

30 min. inquiry period after XC.
