5) STABLING/VETERINARIAN: $45/stall/night. $70/duration plus $20 separate check muck fee per<br />

stall. (check will be destroyed if left clean) Stalls 7 miles away at Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds,<br />

5055 Ann Arbor Saline Rd., 50 perm. box stalls with doors & cement flooring; Stalls must be stripped<br />

with stall cards left for refund muck fee. Bedding provided, sawdust (no straw please). Request<br />

additional sawdust ahead of time-$7.00/bag. Veterinarian: Dr Romine, number will be posted on<br />

grounds, stabling & program.<br />

6) ACCOMMODATIONS: Book early! Show Special, 30 rooms booked-special rate, Clarion<br />

(previously Best Western) (734) 665-4444. Weber Inn-8-10 mi., (734) 769-2500. Comfort Inn, (734)<br />

973-6100. Motel 6 (10-12 mi.), (734) 665-9900. Camping: $20/night, sites must be reserved thru<br />

organizers, WFCG provides perm. restrooms & showers.<br />

I.-94 to exit 169 (Zeeb Rd.) South on Zeeb thru light to Liberty (stop). Go right (west) (Stabling)-I-94<br />

Ann-Arbor Saline Rd exit #175 go south .WFCG on left. Stabling Barn E.<br />

8) DRESSAGE: Test & arena sizes: P/PT-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test<br />

B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Same tests for<br />

CT. Arenas: Sand.<br />

9) CROSS-COUNTRY: Approx. P-3200 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T.-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N.-1700 m @<br />

375mpm. BN-1400 m @ 350 mpm/max. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at<br />

these levels. Terrain: Water on all courses X-C course flat, but moderately challenging. Good footing in<br />

any weather.<br />

10) OTHER INFORMATION: Cross.-country course closed June 7 Entry limit 125. Riders limited 3<br />

horses entire event unless space permits. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state<br />

preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food and Portable Tack shop on<br />

grounds. Special award to highest placing Pony Club Rider per HT division. Hi Point Award to highest<br />

placed HT X Race Horse (must have tatoo) Must be noted on entry. . Dogs MUST be leashed. !<br />

Withdrawals in writing received by closing date. . Encore Stimulus Deal :Free schooling after XC<br />

on Encore course, June 26th if you get your complete HT entry in withing the first 7 days<br />

after opening date. XC will be open for 1 hr. after completion of XC, $30 fee, must check<br />

in sign waiver and get new pinny. Weather permitting.<br />
