digital Coggins (within 12 months) through Event Entries. Otherwise, enter electronically and, within 5
days, mail legible Coggins, original signature page (not photocopied), and required checks (if not
paying by credit card). If any materials which may be needed to complete electronic entries are not
postmarked within 5 days, entry "postmark date" will be changed to reflect date they were postmarked,
not the date of the electronic entry. Support materials mailed for opening day entries must be
