1) ENTRIES: All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. No grounds fee. Double entries:
Accepted, $25. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. No deposit
required for pinny. Lost pinney $25. Refunds: Before C.D.- In full less office fee; After C.D.-Entry/
Stabling- Less $25 non-refundable office fee ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. USEA fees
returned if no wait list. Accept phone cancellation to sec´y or email with reply from sec stating that it has
been received. Entries made the first week of opening may be changed or cancelled without penalty up
until 1 week before competition. $25 fee for change of division after C.D. Competition cancellation-Full
refund. Add $10 to entry for competition cancellation insurance (full refund). Neg. Coggins within 1 year

2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Sat: Cross-country course open -3 pm. Sun: Dressage-8 am; Show
Jumping-10 am; Cross-country-10:20 am.
