EVENT FEES: Draw checks to Shepherd Ranch SYVPC Horse Trials. Entry: Novice - Prelim:<br />
$230.00 Intro: $220.00 (no USEA Fees or Membership necessary for intro only) Stabling: $115.00<br />
Absolutely no haul-ins allowed. Grounds Fee: $100.00 (Non-competing horses only, in addition to<br />
stabling fee) Teams: $5.00 per rider.<br />
1) ENTRIES: Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA<br />
members must pay extra $25 non-membership with entry. Intro entrants are exempt from the USEA starter/<br />
d&m fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees. If oversubscribed, priority to USEA members. If<br />
undersubscribed, post entries will be accepted after the closing date, an additional $25 processing fee will<br />
be assessed. Incomplete entries: $10 fee for all incomplete entries. Entry changes: $25 fee for all<br />
changes after closing date. Double entries: Not accepted. Lost pinny: $40 charge for each lost pinny.<br />
Refunds: Before closing date - entry/stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date - no<br />
refunds. Competition cancellation - no refund. Returned checks: $25 fee on returned checks. Negative<br />
Coggins required within 6 months for out-of-state horses.<br />
2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Management reserves the right to modify the schedule.<br />
Thurs: Stables open at 9 am. Cross-country course opens at 3 pm. Pre-show dressage 1-5pm (see section<br />
10). Fri: Dressage - 8 am. Sat: Cross-country - 7:30 am. Sun: Show jumping - 8 am.<br />
3) AWARDS: Prize & 8 ribbons per division. High Point Pony Clubber for each competition level<br />
(include rating and club on entry). High Point Amateur overall with perpetual trophy (must be declared<br />
with USEF and present USEF card at competition, state on entry). <strong>2011</strong> Champion Junior and Senior<br />
Horse/Rider combination combined for both <strong>2011</strong> competitions with $100 cash back (based on placings in<br />
the two horse trials combined).
