1) ENTRIES: PLEASE READ! No matter whether you choose to send a check or pay with a credit card,
PLEASE USE EQUESTRIAN ENTRIES.COM to log on all your info. It is free to register on the site.
You can type in ALL entry info and then a) PRINT your entry form and MAIL with CHECK/Coggins/
Signature page OR b) use a credit card to enter. Please contact Georges at EquestrianEntries.com for
further directions to enter/pay electronically. If you just print an entry form you are NOT entered, your
information is in the system, but you are NOT officially entered. You will only be officially entered when
your check reaches the secretary. If after typing in all your information you use a credit card to pay for
your entry, you are officially entered. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary
Riders/Owners/Agents must include copy of current USEF Membership card or pay the USEF nonmember
fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay additional $25 non-member
fee with entry. USEA FEES, starter and drugs/med fees DO NOT apply to the Starter Level. Starter
competitors are also exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees. Please include a legible
email address on entry, all communications will be electronic. All monies paid between July 2-10 must
be paid in cash/money order/cashier's check. All changes must be in writing (e-mail) $75 returned
check fee. $50 charge for missing pinny. Refunds: Before C.D.- Entry less $25 non-refundable office
fee; After C.D.- NO REFUND. Competition cancellation No Refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months
required for all horses; include with entry.
2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Sat: Stabling opens at 10:00 AM; Cross-country course opens at 3
pm. Sun: P,T, N, BN, Starter- Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping; Cross-country.
