1) EntriES: Please check website (www.geneseevalleyhunt.org) for updates and additional<br />
information. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Additional information can be found<br />
at www.useventing.com and in the <strong>Omnibus</strong>. Entry form can be found on Area1 web site. Double<br />
entries: Not accepted. Multiple entries may be limited Preliminary competitors must include copy of<br />
USEF membership for rider; owner and trainer with entry. Divisions may be further divided/combined<br />
or cancelled as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section, birth date and if amateur<br />
rider on entry form. Copy of current negative Coggins (dated 1/1/10 or later) must accompany entry,<br />
or entry considered incomplete. Incomplete entries will be placed on bottom of draw pile. Entry<br />
confirmation status will be posted on www.geneseevalleyhunt.org CHANGES: Each rider/horse/division<br />
change after July 7, <strong>2011</strong> is $50. Each rider/horse/division change after C.D. but before July 4, <strong>2011</strong> is<br />
$25. All changes must be in writing by fax or email (ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE CALLS). Please advise us<br />
of withdrawals ASAP. rEFUndS: Before C.D. – less $25 office fee. After C.D. – no refund. Competition<br />
Cancellation – No refund.<br />
2) tEntativE SCHEdULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 PM. Sat: Dressage-7:30 AM. Check<br />
posting on Area1 web site. Sun: Show Jumping-7:30 AM; Cross-country-8:00 AM; Competitors be<br />
prepared - All divisions will do show jumping before cross-country.
