1) ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Use
2011 USEA Entry Form. Electronic entries accepted thru www.EquestrianEntries.com and Xentry. BN
competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed priority
to USEA members. $35=Lost pinny: Do not send with entry Refunds: Before C.D.-less $25 nonrefundable
office fee; After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling-In full. No
refunds after July 16. Only fax, mail or email withdrawals will be accepted (no phone withdrawals).
Competition cancellation-Stabling only. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Changes
after C.D.-$25/change. USEF membership cards required for P/I (owner, trainer & rider).
