A perennial herb with long root system and procumbent stems, 15-50 cm long, naked and smooth. Leaf blades reniform and fleshy. Flowers on long pedicels, pentamerous. There are two ovate bracts embracing the receptacle; sepals ovate, mucronate, equal to bracts; corolla 3,5-5,0 cm long, infundibular, pink. Fruit a capsule.
