3 In the Label field, enter a label for the member, for example,
Draft1.
Note
You can also add labels to the member in the Member Information
dialog box.
4 To move the label, if it already exists on another revision, select
the Move Existing Label checkbox.
5 To accept the new label, click OK (for multiple members, click
OK to All). To cancel the operation, click Cancel.
The member is labeled.
To add a label to a member in the command line interface
Use the si addlabel command, for example:
si addlabel --sandbox=value --label=value member
where
Deleting Member Labels
--sandbox=value specifies the sandbox containing the member
you want to label, for example, c:/sandboxdemo/project.pj
--label=value specifies the label you want to apply to the
member, for example, Draft1
member specifies the member you want to label, for example,
demoapp.ico
VSky Software Manager confirms the member is labeled.
Sometimes you may want to delete a label revision. For instance,
you may decide the label no longer accurately reflects that
particular revision. In addition, if you have assigned the same label
to a number of members, you might want to remove them all with
one command.
To delete a member label in the graphical user interface
1 With a Project or Sandbox window open, select one or more
members to delete labels from.
