Viewing and Editing Revision Information

Revision Description field below the present information
(indicated by a line if an existing description is present).
Although you generally assign a label to a new revision upon check
in, there may be times you want to add an additional label or
change the label assigned to a revision.
To view or edit revision labels in the graphical user interface
1 Click the Labels tab.
The Labels panel appears.
2 In the Label field, enter a label for the revision, for example,
Draft2.
3 To add the label, click Add.
4 To remove an existing label, select it from the list, then click
Remove.
To save revision information in the graphical user interface
When you are finished viewing or editing the revision information,
click OK to accept the changes. To cancel the operation, click Cancel.
The revision information is saved.
