The Checkpoint dialog box appears.
Checkpointing a Project
3 Click an option tab, if necessary, then fill in or modify the
checkpoint options:
In the Checkpoint Description field, enter a description of the
checkpoint, for example, Ready for peer review.
The General tab specifies general checkpoint options.
Label is a unique text string that identifies the new project
revision, for example, Draft1.
Apply Label to All Members applies the checkpoint label to
all project members.
State is a one-word description of a new revision’s status.
Select a state from the State drop-down list, for example,
Beta.
Apply State to All Members applies the checkpoint state to
all project members.
The Advanced tab specifies advanced checkpoint options.
Recurse into Subprojects recursively checkpoints
subprojects.
Author is the author name applied to the checkpoint. Your
user name appears by default.
