Deleting Revisions
The selected revision becomes the member revision, indicated
by a member revision icon.
To set the member revision in the command line interface
Use the si updaterevision command, for example:
si updaterevision --sandbox=value --revision=value
member
where
Deleting Revisions
--sandbox=value specifies the sandbox containing the member
you want to make the member revision, for example, c:/
sandboxdemo/project.pj
--revision=value specifies the revision number you want to
make the member revision, for example, 1.2
member specifies the member you want to make the member
revision, for example, demoapp.ico
VSky Software Manager confirms the revision is now the member
revision.
If you know you will never use a revision again, you can delete it.
Note
Only delete a revision when you are absolutely certain you will never
need it again. Once you delete a revision, it cannot be retrieved. A
revision cannot be deleted if it is locked or if it is the starting point
(root) of a branch. You should never delete the head revision of an
archive.
