As part of the integration with Vertical Sky Collaboration
Manager, you can add members to an issue’s change package
(issues track changes in the software development cycle).
A change package allows you to specify groups of members that are
affected by an issue type. For example, a solution’s change package
might contain files that need to be changed in order to satisfy a
problem.
Administrators define what issue types can use change packages
and configure Vertical Sky Software Manager to allow change
packages. To add change package to an issue, VSky Software
Manager user must be assigned to this issue.
