The Create Archive dialog box appears.
9 In the Archive Description field, enter a description of the
member.
10 In the Author field, if necessary, enter your user name. The user
name specified in the Add Members command configuration
appears by default.
11 In the Revision Number field, if necessary, enter a revision
number for the member. VSky Software Manager creates the
revision number 1.1 by default.
12 In the Data Type field, choose a file data type from the dropdown
list. The available options are:
Auto means VSky Software Manager determines the data
type automatically.
Text is a file format expected by MS-DOS and Windows
text file editors.
Binary is a file containing unprintable characters or lines
too long to be handled by text editors.
13 To keep the working file of a newly added member, select the
Retain Working File checkbox.
14 To replace literal values in the revision with keywords, select
the Unexpand Keywords checkbox.
