OVER LOADING INDICATOR
FOR FOUR WHEELERS
Materials Used - Sensor, Motor, Transformer, Led-Light.
Scientific Theory - Works on the principle of pressure.
We used three sensor to identify any over loading goods.
When the over loaded vehicle enters in first sensor the
buzzer starts ringing. Now when it enters the second
sensor the red light shines indicating over loading. And
again when the vehicle reaches the third sensor, the
barrier closes automatically and red light shines. In this
way we can identify the vehicles which are over loaded
more than 50 tons.
Application - This system help us to identify very heavy
loaded vehicles.
