Manufacture of Engine Oil from LPG Gas
First, LPG gas is passed through “DEPROPANISER”
column to remove the propane gas content and then
passed though “FRACTIONATORS” column to raise the
concentration of the reactor feed. Then passed through
“REACTOR” to polymerise the material in the presence of
AlCl and then passed through “BUTANISER” to remove

the unreacteal butane contents then passed through
“ATMOSPHERIC FLASH COLUMN” to neutralize the
product. Then passed through “VACCUM COLUMN” to
remove the by product and then passed through “WASH
VESSEL” to neutralize the reactor mixture Finally, the
product “ISO BUTYLENE” Engine Oil product is stored in
the storage tank and used.
