Manufacture <strong>of</strong> Engine Oil from LPG Gas<br />

First, LPG gas is passed through “DEPROPANISER”<br />

column to remove <strong>the</strong> propane gas content and <strong>the</strong>n<br />

passed though “FRACTIONATORS” column to raise <strong>the</strong><br />

concentration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> reactor feed. Then passed through<br />

“REACTOR” to polymerise <strong>the</strong> material in <strong>the</strong> presence <strong>of</strong><br />

AlCl and <strong>the</strong>n passed through “BUTANISER” to remove<br />

<strong>the</strong> unreacteal butane contents <strong>the</strong>n passed through<br />

“ATMOSPHERIC FLASH COLUMN” to neutralize <strong>the</strong><br />

product. Then passed through “VACCUM COLUMN” to<br />

remove <strong>the</strong> by product and <strong>the</strong>n passed through “WASH<br />

VESSEL” to neutralize <strong>the</strong> reactor mixture Finally, <strong>the</strong><br />

product “ISO BUTYLENE” Engine Oil product is stored in<br />

<strong>the</strong> storage tank and used.<br />
