Scientific Theory -
Gram Madkoo is a village on the bank of river Shivnath.
Every year during rainy season the village is disturbed by
the flood water of this river. A great loss of life and
property is faced by the villagers. So before the coming of
flood for prior information flood indicating machine is
built. With this the people come to know of the situation
and get prepared for any safety measures.
