SOLAR POWERED GRAIN
AND FLOUR CLEANER
Structure : I have made a machine with direct supply
solar powered. It has as storage 12v battery also which
supplies the power. It has as funnel for introducing grain
and flour in the machine. It has a sliding plate, strainer for
flour and grain, two 12v motors and a fan. Once we have
introducing the flour in the funnel, it goes to the sliding
plate which pushes the flour into the strainer with the
application of electric motor. The strainer cleans and
separates. The impurities present in the flour again with
the application of another electric motor the impurities
are collected through separate outlet and cleaned flour is
collected below similar method is used for cleaning grain
but with addition of a motor powered fan.

ii) It is solar powered.
iii) It can be used during less sun power because it has
inbuilt battery.
iv) It is time reducing and has an edge over traditional
method.
v) It will help in daily work to housewives.
vi) It is cost efficient as it requires only one time cost and
has no future maintenance.
vii) It is useful for working women in urban localities,
hostels, hotels, mess, temples, farmers, etc.
viii) There is scope for improvement as per the
requirement.
