2. PHARMAC Board minutes which are available to <strong>the</strong> public which discuss <strong>Exceptional</strong><br />

Circumstances policy or cases. This includes Community EC, Hospital EC and Cancer EC<br />

3. Any papers or articles published by PHARMAC on <strong>Exceptional</strong> Circumstances. This includes<br />
