REPORTER’S NOTE<br />

The proposed amendment to Rule 6-209 conforms the time<br />

period for filing an objection to the probate of a will to the<br />

time allowed by statute. The current 30-day period set forth in<br />

the Rule is inconsistent with Code, Estates <strong>and</strong> Trusts Article,<br />

§5-207, which provides for six months to file a caveat<br />

proceeding.<br />
