The treating physician (1) may not charge a fee for attending the deposition that is higher than the hourly fee customarily charged by the physician for in-office patient consultation, (2) may not charge for any hours exceeding the time estimate set forth in the notice if the deposition is completed within the estimate, and (3) may terminate the deposition when the estimated time has elapsed.
