Instructions:<br />

1. This form must be filed in every small estate proceeding in<br />

which publication is required. It shall be filed with the<br />

register no later than 60 days after the expiration of the<br />

time for filing claims.<br />

2. If final distribution of the estate cannot be completed at<br />

the time this Certificate of Compliance is required to be<br />

filed, or within 30 days thereafter, a supplemental<br />

certificate shall be filed every 30 days until the estate is<br />

closed, unless the register or court otherwise directs.<br />

(c) (b) Objections <strong>and</strong> Disputed Claims<br />

Objections or disputed claims that have not been resolved<br />

or settled by agreement may be pursued by the objecting party or<br />

claimant before the court. The court shall decide the objection<br />

or dispute after a hearing <strong>and</strong> shall direct payment from the<br />

estate of all proper claims, expenses <strong>and</strong> allowances not<br />

previously paid, direct distribution of the net estate in<br />

accordance with the will or, if none, with the intestacy laws of<br />

this State, <strong>and</strong> take any action it deems necessary.<br />
