Civ. P. 26 (a)(3).<br />

REPORTER’S NOTE<br />

The Rules Committee recommends that categories of<br />

information consistent with those of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 (a)(3) be<br />

disclosed to parties <strong>and</strong> that this be accomplished by amending<br />

the list of matters that can be considered at the pretrial<br />

conference.<br />
