Pre-Application Consultation Report to demonstrate who has been consulted; to set out what information was gained from consultees during PAC and how this was responded to; and to identify how the proposals have changed in light of PAC. 1.4 ERC REPORTING GUIDANCE The layout and information provided in this report follows the guidance set out by ERC 5 on what the PAC Report should contain. Pre-Application Consultation Report Section 3 outlines who was consulted, the feedback from consultees, how they were responded to and what alterations were made to the proposals as a result of consultation. Section 4 is a comparative matrix used to test how the PAC has met the ten standards set out in PAN 81. Section 5 provides a summary of the PAC for the Moorhouse Farmers Windfarm development proposals. Annex A includes a copy of the Proposal of Application Notice. Annex B provides a record of the information boards which were displayed at the Public Exhibition. Annex C is an example of the advert placed in the Glasgow and Eastwood Extra and the Ayrshire Post to advertise the Public Exhibition.
