raised by consultee in email of
30.09.09 (italics):
This is possibly the worst thing I have seen and I will
oppose this
Did not receive a detailed reply to the email she sent
to Moorhouse Farmers email address
How will we prevent maintenance vehicles from using
the A77 instead of the M77 – Patterson’s Quarry
lorries come past the house even thought they are not
meant to
Notes that the history of the site was originally two
farmers together
Very anti the proposals
Whitelee very big (too big) don’t want more
Traffic implications?
Don’t build here
Immoral - too close
Quality of life comes second to financial gain
No environmental morality
I feel that in this area there is a
sufficiency of wind farms.
Concern noted and EIA will
consider the impacts of the
proposals and the cumulative
landscape and visual and
other environmental effects
with windfarms within 60
kilometres (km) of the
proposals. Further information
will be available in the
Environmental Statement
which will be submitted with
the planning application.
No sooner has the M77 road works
finished, when East Renfrewshire
gave permission for the quarry at
the Floak, and we have to suffer
