your plans albeit that the detailed map is not
yet available on the website
I think it would be beneficial if you would
consider cycling/mountain biking in your
plans. At the moment, people wishing to
cycle at Whitelee tend to drive to Whitelee
carrying their bikes or would need to cycle
the Eaglesham Moor Road. While I'm happy
doing this, it doesn't seem very family
friendly. I think it's possible to cycle to
Lochcraig Reservoir from Newton Mearns /
Glasgow South via Bonnyton Moor/East
Moorhouse or Titwood/North Moorhouse -
however, I don't think there's a path/track to
cycle from the reservoir to the B764
I think it would be beneficial if there was a
track from the reservoir to the B764 to link
into Whitelee and possibly with some
improvement to the tracks/minor roads back
to Newton Mearns. This would link up your
site, Whitelee and Newton Mearns/Glasgow
south for cyclists in a more family friendly
way and maybe encourage more cycling and
