This allowed them the opportunity to provide input to and comments and feedback
on the developing project proposals.
Landowners were sent information updates by letter on the following dates:
March 2009
May 2009
August 2009
October 2009
December 2009
3.3 RECORD OF CONSULTEE VIEWS
Comments and feedback from consultees were made :
at the public exhibition:
o in person (face to face);
o via a Comments and Feedback Form;
via the website comments and feedback facility;
via the project email address, letter or on the phone.
The comments and feedback were collated and recorded by the project team in
two tables. The first, Table 3.1 provides a record of consultation via the website
facility, email, letter and telephone and the second table, Table 3.2 provides a
record of comments and feedback made at the public exhibition (see Photograph
3.1 below).
Both tables provide information on the type of consultee, the comments and
feedback made, the action and/ or response taken by the project team and where
further information can be found. A summary of if alterations were made to the
proposals as a result of consultation is provided in Section 5
Please note that specific names of consultees are not included, however this
information is available to ERC should they require the information
