In response to your request for
information about Community
Fund proposals, as part of this
development the developers,
Falck Renewables, will make
annual community benefit
payments to a Community
Fund. This fund can make
payments to community
projects, often acting as a
seed fund to match finance
where this is needed to
access public funds. There
will also be an opportunity to
invest in the windfarm. Falck's
practice is to contract with
Energy4All, who will set up a
co-operative, seeking
investment from local people.
Income accrues to the cooperative
from the revenue
stream of the wind farm, in
proportion to the money raised
in the public offer.

community and not to East Renfrewshire Council to
