Pre-Application Consultation Report This allowed them the opportunity to provide input to and comments and feedback on the developing project proposals. Landowners were sent information updates by letter on the following dates: March 2009 May 2009 August 2009 October 2009 December 2009 3.3 RECORD OF CONSULTEE VIEWS Comments and feedback from consultees were made : at the public exhibition: o in person (face to face); o via a Comments and Feedback Form; via the website comments and feedback facility; via the project email address, letter or on the phone. The comments and feedback were collated and recorded by the project team in two tables. The first, Table 3.1 provides a record of consultation via the website facility, email, letter and telephone and the second table, Table 3.2 provides a record of comments and feedback made at the public exhibition (see Photograph 3.1 below). Both tables provide information on the type of consultee, the comments and feedback made, the action and/ or response taken by the project team and where further information can be found. Email 29.09.09 Consultee The leaflet only showed the central point of the windfarm and as yet there is no interactive map on the site. I would like to know the exact extent of the windfarm, whether Ballageich Hill is included in the area and where the proposed access road would be Having visited Whitelee windfarm at the weekend it is clear that a huge amount of work will be done on the site to create access to each turbine and as Ballageich is a local beauty spot I would like to know how much the hill itself would be affected. The area is much more used for recreational purposes than was the Whitelee windfarm on the opposite side of moor road and I would like to know whether access for walkers and cyclists would be included in the proposal, as it has been at Whitelee 3.
