Pre-Application Consultation Report 3.2.2 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Consultees As part of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) many consultees were contacted including statutory consultees (ERC, Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH), Historic Scotland), key stakeholders, community groups, environmental stakeholders etc. Those organisations who were consulted as part of the EIA are included in Table 3.2 14 . All EIA related consultations are reported in the relevant sections of the ES and collated with an explanation of how the comments have been addressed in Annex A of the ES. Please note that there was often cross over between those people consulted as part of the EIA and as part of the PAC (for example, most EIA consultees were contacted by email and invited to attend the public exhibition). Cross references have been made in relevant areas of the text to explain where information has been reported (either in this PAC Report or the ES). These landowners have been closely involved with Coriolis Energy LLP and the project team throughout the development of the proposals. Coriolis Energy LLP has been in close telephone contact with the landowners and has met them on average once a month since 2007. The project team has had formal and informal meetings with the landowners and regular contact with them by telephone when arranging access to the proposed site and also during site visits. The landowners have been provided with information by telephone and letter as the project has developed. This has included information on what parts of the design development and EIA were being progressed and how this would affect them, an invite to the public exhibition and general updates on project progress.
