Mat 4:13 And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the
sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:
Mat 4:13 e, deixando Nazaré, foi habitar em Cafarnaum, cidade marítima, nos
confins de Zabulom e Naftali;
Mat 4:14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
Mat 4:14 para que se cumprisse o que fora dito pelo profeta Isaías:
Mat 4:15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea,
beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
Mat 4:15 A terra de Zabulom e a terra de Naftali, o caminho do mar, além do Jordão,
a Galiléia dos gentios,
Mat 4:16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in
the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
Mat 4:16 o povo que estava sentado em trevas viu uma grande luz; sim, aos que
estavam sentados na região da sombra da morte, a estes a luz raiou.
Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the
kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mat 4:17 Desde então começou Jesus a pregar, e a dizer: Arrependei- vos, porque é
chegado o reino dos céus.
Mat 4:18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called
Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
Mat 4:18 E Jesus, andando ao longo do mar da Galiléia, viu dois irmãos - Simão,
chamado Pedro, e seu irmão André, os quais lançavam a rede ao mar, porque eram
pescadores.
Mat 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
Mat 4:19 Disse-lhes: Vinde após mim, e eu vos farei pescadores de homens.
Mat 4:20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.
Mat 4:20 Eles, pois, deixando imediatamente as redes, o seguiram.
Mat 4:21 And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of
Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their
nets; and he called them.
Mat 4:21 E, passando mais adiante, viu outros dois irmãos - Tiago, filho de
Zebedeu, e seu irmão João, no barco com seu pai Zebedeu, consertando as redes; e
os chamou.
Mat 4:22 And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.
Mat 4:22 Estes, deixando imediatamente o barco e seu pai, seguiram- no.
Mat 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and
preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all
manner of disease among the people.
Mat 4:23 E percorria Jesus toda a Galiléia, ensinando nas sinagogas, pregando o
evangelho do reino, e curando todas as doenças e enfermidades entre o povo.
Mat 4:24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick
people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were
possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy;
and he healed them.
Mat 4:24 Assim a sua fama correu por toda a Síria; e trouxeram-lhe todos os que
padeciam, acometidos de várias doenças e tormentos, os endemoninhados, os
lunáticos, e os paralíticos; e ele os curou.
